ROO and Rolex
Don't worry this is not a Vs post Not sure if it's an OCD or misplaced brand loyalty but I have also collected exclusively one brand to the point where I had 5 Rolex watches which all looked very similar, yes to me and other WIS the subtle different between a 114060, 116610LN and 116600 were obvious but my watch rotation lacked size and style diversity.Moving forward I'm just down to the 116500 and 116600.I've bored you guys before with numerous 15400 questions but I've ultimately decided it wasnt right for me, I moved on to my original AP love the ceramic diver which was fruitless for what I wanted but in doing so it opened me to the ROO and dare I say I'm smitten.It's about as far away from the Rolex design as I could imagine but there's something about them, I couldn't let go of my two favourite Rolex's but would want to add it into the mix.How do you guys with a brand mix of AP ROO's and Rolex's find your rotation gels?I'm keeping exact model under wraps for now but I have made a p

5-vs-6 digit Bluesy
Hello Everyone,I wanted to start off by saying I¡¯ve decided on my first and only watch to be a 5 or 6 digit Bluesy, but am stuck as to which to get.The five-digit was the watch I saw as a child and was inspired by and have always wanted. The six-digit gives me all the updates and comforts I fell in love with when trying it on at an AD recently, but I¡¯ve never been able to compare both models side by side.I¡¯ve heard/read split reviews regarding the dials being either both the same or the 5-digit having a more iridescent hue... not sure which is correct.I¡¯ve also had people advise me on getting the six digit so I have the full Rolex experience and have my name on the warranty card. I could buy new, haggle down about a 10% discount, and state this is my celebration of what I¡¯ve achieved in life.....but then the frugal nut in me thinks of how much more attainable the 5 digit is in price and that it¡¯s THE watch I¡¯ve always wanted. as you can see in the pictures! it's a car made with parts of a rolex in 1912! I just change the glass and the sides it was in my famille since years.
