- A tremendous watch for the price! Extremely attractive, but can be worn with causal outfit. The face is bright and the numbers are clearly enumerated! I have bought watches all over the world and this is a keeper!

Casio PRW-1300-1VER wrist watches news:
What a awesome site.So I bought this back in 1981, at a small antique store, on my way back to Marine Corps base in 29 Palms. It was in a box with three other watch heads, and I wanted the Timex self winder.I wore the Timex through the rest of my enlistment.I was going through my safe the other day, and came upon the box.I never really looked at the other watches, but now a little wiser and a lot older. This watch head intrigued me, I want to get it cleaned up/restored.This forum seems to be where newbies come for answers or no answers......The crown turns but won't wind, face looks fair as far as I can tell because the crystal is pretty beat up, luminous paint isn't.Thank You.Any info would be appreciated.IMG_2088.jpgIMG_2089.jpgIMG_2090.jpgIMG_2091.jpg

Financially is this a safe bet, the market seems very inflated, but is this price to stay or do you think it¡¯s hype and will fall in time.I know no one can see into the future, but your opinion is appreciated.
Once upon a time you could find SS Sub's, Sub dates, GMT, Sea Dwellers and the like in AD windows and purchase over the counter as I'm lucky enough to have a SUB and GMT when you could. Are we now in an age where these will be like Daytonas and just not available to purchase in store going forward???
Would this be very sought after ?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
