Gentlemen, it seems like i remember reading a post that stated the auto speedmaster (44.5mm) would recieve the new 8500 movement this year. I've seen the new PO Liquidmetal with the new movement. Does anyone know if the Speedmaster will recieve this or not? thanks

Auto vs Manual vs Quartz
Folksi have several watches in rotationhalf winders, half autosi do not have a watch winderI am totally over winding 5 watches to keep them upQuestion:(dont faint:)I have a PAM out for DLC coating(manual wind, 10+ years old, bought as a beater)my guy can swap out for a quartzother than the Horror i have just created in the minds of the PAM guysMORE INFO EDIT:Have always had a problem with the movementI got it at an estate sale, real beat up for $600in a sealed box of jewelery, cufflinks and ringscrystal cracked, cg brokencase back opened with vise grips (kidding)movment tinkered with by amature (not me:)has never run correctReverse calculated, sold the gold and some rings for probably over $800, so my investment on the watch is nilHowever the crystal replacment and CG fix(both used parts) was over $400 and still does not run wellTHATS why it was stripped down for a DLC jobusing it as a test for the DLCDont flame me too bad Lads :)I will not be reselling, at least, keep itmost, give to
