Chopard 20/7154-20 wrist watches news:
Anyone else here in the US?Made it in and out by 7:05am.
I have a Hamilton WW which has a case that stymies me. carefull inspection of the back of the watch with a loupe does not show a seam or joint in any of the angles on the back and the front shows no sign of a place where the stem would come free. I am used to Hamiltons opening by prying off the back with the movement as a unit. I suspect that the crystal has to be removed and that there is some way to remove the stem so the movement can be brought out and examined, but I don't want to damage this thing, as it runs beautifully and is a favorite. Anybody have any knowledge on the procedure to open this? Identifying it would be nice too.
ARGH!!!!!!!!!! I just heard from the vendor I bought my OM from. It's going to be about two weeks before I see it. I'm jonesin' for new watch.......Maybe I'll go see what Sam's has after work.
In my last post, most of you friends recommend me to keep the 5167a and geta 5712a, so I decide to keep 2 watches, 1 tropical bracelet and 1 stainless steel bracelet. The problem now is that do I need to change my 5167a to 5164a? Which combination is better?
