- I was watching this watch online for a while. I was e-mailed a coupon or something for a further discount, I pulled the trigger and made the purchase. I nearly sleep in it, I love it.

- Overall, very happy with the duct, but I am familiar with Stuhrling watches and expect good things from them. I like the subtle design cues of a shark; but dignified to wear to work.

Chopard 137146-1004 wrist watches news:
Most of you will probably gasp, but I gave away my first GMT and my Explorer II.The GMT went to my brother and the Explorer II went to my Step dad. They both can afford them, but would never buy one for themselves.I guess I wanted them to have something special and feel the same for Rolex that I do. Hard to put into words actually. It felt really good and seeing the look on their face made it worth while.I can only wear one at a time!I kept the GMT-IIc for myself. The Sub or SD will be my next one in a few months.Call me crazy, but I would do it again!
I'm Travelling to Tokyo on Tuesday and even though the Australian Dollar, just in the last 2 weeks, has dropped about 10% against the Japanese Yen I hope to come back with a new Watch or two. Hopefully I shall have some good news and photos to post when I return.regards Theo
Hi All...It's been a long time since I've posted. I had some rather life-altering events, and I had to put my focus and energies into other facets of my life. Those things have seemed to settle down a bit, so I now find myself back here amongst the old stomping grounds. My father recently passed away, and I've inherited a couple of pieces, all of them pocket watches. My apologies for the color cast on these photos. The one which got the most interest from an appraiser a few years ago was this one, a Huber:I know absolutely nothing about pocket watches. This one belonged to my Grandmother's brother. He passed away in 1932 at age 23.I'm hoping to get a little information about this, and I'll post photos of the other (Lambert Bros.) when I get some decent shots taken. Any information about the watches, companies, etc, would be appreciated. Thanks!
I almost bought this model 3 months ago but pulled back. Found another one this week from a Trusted Ebay Japan Seller and managed to win the auction. Apparently this is a JDM only watch and only 1000 were made. Here are pictures from Eiji's posting (if I can get it to work). Any triple date fans out there?
Greetings,The Nautilus (either 5711 or 5712) is my grail watch, but despite visiting many ADs, I've ever been able to find one to try on. Every AD in my area tells me the wait time is months or years for a blue Nautilus of any kind (particularly the 5711), that you must put a 100% deposit of full MSRP down for them to even consider asking to get one in (and no guarantee it'll arrive in any timeframe short of years), and that there's no way they'd ever get one in stock for people to try on.I'd really rather not spend that kind of money without even seeing the watch in person, particularly if I don't know when (if ever) it will come in. Does anyone have any suggestions of how I might get a chance to handle one? Has anyone had success at an AD in the Northeast US? Any help would be appreciated.
