- Liked it. First time I've used a smoker. Haven't used charcoal for years so had to get used to how much to use when using only as a grill. When using smoker must keep water filled.

Seiko SNKM61 wrist watches news:
2 months ago i almost bought the gmt bond 2535.80 but after a month of deliberation i decided to go for the bond 2220.80 which was cheaper but it's as cool as the gmt since they both have the co-axial escapements. unfortunately, here in saudi arabia there were no bond 2220.80 available, so i decided that i will be purchasing it in the philippines on my december vacation.2 days ago, i passed by an AD and the dealer was kind enough to let me try their smp chrono 2225.80 (me being asian, i always thought that this was to big for my puny wrist). the minute i put it on, it just occurred to me that this is definitely the one and i end up buying it. today, i realized that this smp chrono 2225.80 that i acquired does not have the coaxial escapement. i was a little disappointed since this is my first omega but then i loved the killer looks of this thing especially the sub dials plus the fair price the AD gave me. did i make a wrong decision on this one for choosing the smp without the coaxial
Hi allI purchased a black face mark xvi back in sept 06, and it's been a lovely bit of kit to own. Recently however, i've noticed the 6 o'clock marker has come detatched from the face, and is now freely moving around inside the watch. I take fairly good care of my watches (although I do actually wear them!) and I don't recall any dings or knocks that might have caused it to come free. Is this a common problem with these watches? I've never seen this on any other brands I own. Disappointingly, the two dealers I went to here (Japan) both refused to acknowledge it was a manufacturing defect, and that as the watch was out of it's two-year warranty, it was officially my problem. One retailer quoted me equivalent of 500 USD to repair it!. Any suggestions to how to proceed? or good repair shops in Singapore/Hong Kong/Tokyo that can fix what I consider a fairly minor cosmetic problem. Thanks in advanceHG

Stop it. Just stop. I'm speaking to those that are regular consumers like myself who are fortunate enough to have the opportunity to buy a premium piece aka hard-to-get piece at an AD for retail. My advice to you if you fall into this category is to not flip the watch. Either pass, or keep. There are unintended consequences of your decision to flip a watch. AD's could and will literally lose the Rolex line. It's happened, it will happen again, and we are responsible if we are part of this problem. There are many, many negative outcomes that may play out as a result of flipping. For what? $5 grand? An easy $5 grand sounds nice, and while that may be on the higher end, it is possible. Looking at the big picture though, it's nothing and it's not worth it.
