- I ORDERED THE GREEN AND AMY WATCHES, HOWEVER I DID NOT KEEP THEM BECAUSE I WAS AFRAID A STONE WOULD FALL OUT WHICH WOULD RUIN THESE BEAUTIBUL PIECES. I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE KEPT THEM BUT I HAVE TO MAKE CHOICES. SO SADDD.

- I had ordered this watch in all 3 colors but the red one looked the best. Very pretty! Would go well with several other of Heidi's pieces.

- This is a BEAUTIFUL watch and gets lots of compliments. It looks much more expensive than it is. It is large, but that is what makes a statement.

Live from a semi-secluded warehouse in Las Vegas, John and I vent and muse on the then watch shows in Vegas and talk about a few new models as well as the hopelessness of horological humanity.Listen to the HourTime Show watch podcast episode 109 here. Download the MP3.
I hope to not bore anyone but I figure that maybe someone could be interested and maybe even enjoy the below. I posted in other forums a month or so ago, but I figured to share with the members of this forum. What is a grail? Each WIS has probably his own deifnition, and of course his own concept what one would be. Someone wants the most beautiful watch, another wants the most prestigious, most expensive, most limited, the one with most complications, the one has the most water resistence, etc. I think it is a highly subjective matter but I believe that there is one thing in common with all and this is a superlative horologial characteristic. In other words, each one has the highest degree of something. In my case my own definition is the best watch I can get. Meaning that it is something I consider the greatest but also that I can at the end have or own. Like many other forum members and readers, I don't have unlimited funds and not even plentiful. We just took this one in on consignment. Been a while since I've been this excited about a watch - might have to buy this one and add it to the personal collection!!! More pics: Hamilton Pan Europ Limited Edition ¨C 1971
Hi, Can anyone please give any information on the Hamilton Curvex Watch I've just purchased. It is rectangular 42mm x 22mm with Art Deco numerals studded with Diamonds. The case is Platinum & Iridium. The movement is apparently No. 980 with the number G13119. I would love to know the age of this watch and if anyone has a genuine Hamilton Strap or Original Box for Sale? Any information would be much appreciated...Really Gorgeous Watch!
I have been trying to get an adjustable clasp for my Speedmaster (version with the screwed bracelet). My local Omega boutique was unbelievably helpful in getting this squared away for me. Here is what we found. There was another thread on here that indicated that the parts required are:Clasp - 117STZ001154End links - 118STZ000015 (quantity 2)We tried this configuration. The clasp is good, however the end links as specified above are from a Speedmaster Mk II, and they are not the correct shape. They fit, but they don't sit properly. The side profile of the Speedmaster link is an oval shape, whereas the side profile for the Mk II end links is a wedge that is very odd. As soon as they put them on, I knew it wasn't right. We then installed the 118ST1589 end links from the Seamaster line, and they fit perfect. So, in summary, you need quantity of 1 (part number 117STZ001154) and quantity of 2 (part number 118ST1589).The total cost of the 3 pieces was $213, and it makes a fantastic watch even
