- My husband bought me this watch for Mother's Day. It's so beautiful and feels more like a bracelet than a watch. Received lots of compliments from family and friends. Works great with a pair of jeans or all dressed up.

Ebel 1215933 wrist watches news:
For Christine Hutter, founder and CEO of high-end independent watchmaker Moritz Grossmann, the desire to open a manufacture was innate, stemming from her personal and professional interests as a watchmaker. The fact that Hutter is possibly the only woman in history to create and lead an independent watchmaker is but just one factor of what makes this Glashütte-based brand one worth watching. The other factors – the development and production of in-house calibers, attractive teutonic aesthetics, and the use of novel materials in movement construction (like human hair and self-lubricating guaiacum wood) – makes us wonder whether the glut of good watches coming out of this region is a coincidence, or if there is truly something special in the water in Glashütte. Thinking Around The Corner 2 OF 17 Christine Hutter, Founder and CEO of Moritz Grossmann Everything has already been done. Sometimes you have to think around the corner to find a sol

Ok everyone I'm looking (yes, just looking right now) for an 18K rose gold to add to the collection. I'll probably only add 1 rose gold in the collection, so it needs to be 'the right one'. I've got a short list, but I'm sure I'm overlooking or missing several good candidates. So I'd like everyone's input, expertise & opinion on options that are out there.First, here's the criteria I need it to fill.Must be sporty enough to be worn with jeansIt has to be sporty enough that I can wear it with at least jeans, preferably with shorts & a short sleeve button down or polo. If it's too dressy for that, it won't get enough wear to justify it.Must be dressy enough to go black tie.On the same side, it has to be able to be dressed up to be suitable for a black tie or tuxedo. So it needs to be able to be thrown on a black strap & sit on the wrist with any black tie occasion39mm's or larger.37mm, 36mm or smaller need not apply. Even 39mm is pushing the lower limits. 40mm-42mm is
Hi all, I would like to know what you think about the 5165? Is there a big difference between the 315/293 Caliber and the 324? I think that the 5165 movement is not in-house while the 324 is, can someone tell me where the 315/293 came from if not from Patek and is it a good movement, were there issues with it?Since I will be living in Thailand soon and want a daily beater for sports and swimming do you think it's ok? Can't seem to find the WR on it, one site says 70m, another 100m, does anyone know?I am interested in it because I like the fact that it's not made anymore, there are only 2 on chrono 24, the fact that it's 2mm less doesn't really bother me, I will go see one this week in Paris and see how it fits, it's from 2008 and has been serviced and polished by Patek, so it should look like new, the price is 13.200 but I should be able to get for a little less.Basically I don't care about retaining value as if I get one I probably would keep it a very long time as a daily beater, goi
Hey guys!Been a Rolex fan and owner for many years but I'm feeling the itch to diversify alittle. Pam has always been on my radar but I'm pretty dumbfounded by all the different refernces etc so here's my question.I'm a pretty big flipper, I usually buy and sell constantly I don't really fall in love with any piece for too long and I'm constantly switching. I'm thinking of a PAM 086 (love the dial) but I'm scared of resale later since I'm so new to the brand. In your expirence if there any specific panerais that are constantly more desirable than others or is it really just whatever is hot at the moment? Thanks
