- Got this watch for my birthday from my girl friend and I love it. I like watches that aren't light and these are the perfect weight for my liking. They are also not too or bulky and the chronograph timer is awesome!

Ebel E9137J40 wrist watches news:
I cannot for the life me believe that you guys did recognize the "A" from your own brand in the "Think you know watches thread". I; being the hyper-vigilant poster that I am, recognized it instantly after hours spent perusing the Hamilton catalogue in an effort to find something that I liked, so I could join in over here.I think the circumstances warrant a gift certificate from the Hamilton Forum, to me, that is redeemable at any Hamilton AD. If I know the brand that well, and am out representing it as such in the General Forum, I should at least be awarded a CodeBreaker or Route 66 by the members here.
I've wanted one for a while. In fact when I bought a new rolex a year ago I nearly bought one but I needed an everyday watch for work and I'm afraid rolex have always been my choice for that, I never take them off. However I'd always had datejusts which multi task nicely, but now I have a sub as I can see the hands without my reading glasses. I think the chunkyness of the sub has kept me wanting something rather more elegant and almost a year to the day after buying the sub I bought this.Funnily enough the contrast is so good I can easily tell the time and even the date without glasses. I absolutely love it and would wear it everyday but the case would get damaged at work and I can't get the strap wet.Shame but I suppose it makes the wearing of it all the more special2015-12-23 09.35.11.jpg
Who here has put a leather strap on their RO 15400?I've seen some pics from AP Bands but they aren't wrist shots. Does anyone have any pics?
I posted in another thread but here's to share more pictures of the 3572.50 mod! Got the watch from Malkav, dial and hands on Ofrei and Mike Young (of Rolex band repair fame) helped out with the dial swap - also picked up a nice brown leather strap!
Are these fairly easy to get at Msrp? Seems I see new ones listed on gray market at over? That common? Are they that hard to get like blnr, hulk, SD43? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
