Ebel Ebel 26989 wrist watches news:
Just a quick note for everyone who (sometimes reasonably) puts of buying that special Valentine's day gift until the last moment. WatchWearwatches-dealer, who is associated with KenmarWatcheswatches-dealer is offering 10% off all of their watches until Sunday February 15th. The reason I am telling you this is that they offer a ton of reasonably priced brands, and plenty of ladies' models. Tomorrow I am going to post a Valentine's day watch you'll most likely not be able to afford, but WatchWearwatches-dealer is a better reliquary of watches for her tomorrow. You might be thinking to yourself, "sure getting her a watch is a good idea, but it won't shop up in time." Maybe, but try this my friend. Print out a photo of the watch, stick it in a box (should be chocolate in their too). Say there was a "shipping" error and it didn't get here on time, but it will be here soon. Hard to get pissy about that right? Cool thing about them is that you can actually just type in keywords like "diamond,"
I am just getting into watches, wish I weren't so broke right now or I'd buy myself a few sweet ones. I actually traded some scrap gold I had to a jeweler and got my first Tag Heuer. Absolutely love it.Anyways, please forgive me if I am in the wrong forum for this, or if this is against the rules, but I found a good deal on a Breitling watch, and I am going to assume it's fake unless proven otherwise. I was wondering if you guys could help me determine if it is a fake or not. I would greatly appreciate it. Again, I apologize if this is against the rules and/or if I am in the wrong forum for this. Please let me know if I have done anything against the rules! I read over the rules but I still couldn't quite figure it out. Might I suggest a "Legit Check" forum? If there isn't one already of course. Thanks in advance. :)
I'd love to show some photos of my Hamilton wristwatches (as a number of you have requested); I'm just not sure how to organize this. I don't have the secondary sources to present them as thoroughly as Tom Diss does his collection...so I'm afraid a hodge-podge is all I can muster. So, without delay, here are some to start, a few cushions. Here's a cushion form opening with plain bezel in white gf, ca. 1925. I bought this one needing a new crystal, crown, and stem. The dial is amazingly well-preserved.Another in white gf, with engraved bezel and radial luminous dial, from a couple of years later.Solid green 14K with plain bezel, also ca. 1925.And my favorite of the cushion-shaped Hamiltons, two Meadowbrooks, 14K white and yellow, ca. 1928.
