Franck Muller 5850T wrist watches news:
GuysIn my travels on the big www, I came across a post by Chuck Maddox, that great enthusiast of the Speedmaster who was written in September 2006 by Blake Bartosh, whose father was a collector of interesting material. Sent by Blake to Chuck were some scans from an auction catalog with information on Ed White's Speedy. All along, most of us had understood that NASA had given Ed White's Speedy which was recovered from the remains of Apollo 1 to his widow who in turn passed it onto their son. This would appear to be the last known journey of the watch. Ed White, Roger Chaffee and Gus Grissom have been fondly remembered on WTF and as their anniversary approaches in the coming month, the sadness of their passing illustrates in part, the random nature of human existence. To Ed, Roger and Gus, thanks for the memories.Pictures and information courtesy of Chuck Maddox

As we remember the day so many lives were lost, we salute those that do serve, have served, and gave the ultimate sacrifice for the freedoms we all enjoy & cherish. In honor of those lives lost and changed forever, we pause to remember December 7th, Pearl Harbor Day.
Hi guys,I am thinking of flipping my seamaster pro 300 (bought brand new in 2012, with ceramic bezel) for a red bezel black bay. Mainly because I have grown tired of its looks, and I prefer to have a watch without date. Now would this be considered taking a step back since1. The seamaster has a somewhat 'in house' movement compared to the ETA in BB2. The seamaster has a ceramic bezel3. The seamaster has a date complicationEven so, the looks of the BB is really growing on me. And not to mention those hands are definitely more legible than the puny skeleton hands. And last but not least, getting a brand new watch is always exciting. So should I? Or is it a really silly thing to do? Has anyone ever done such a flip and regretted? Please can I have your inputs thanks!
Thanks to PuristSPro's Amanico who broke the stunning news......no words necessary!!! Thank you OP, now all I have to do is to try to be one of the first 1000 to get it, before the flippers do!!!
