How do you adjust a incastar regulator on a Mido
This watch has a different type of regulator (incastar). The adjuster "wheel" has a + and - on it and it is suppose to lengthen and shorten the hair spring that is squeezed between a roller and the roller on the adjuster wheel. OKbut it doesn't. The very end of the hair spring looks like it is attached to a post but if that is so how can the hair spring move back and forth. Some help here would be great. Monday 3-9-9 wrist
I beg for your forgiveness because I have taken this Saturday and it's not even on my wrist. I was in a hurry, wanted a shot of the OM with the bike in the background. . . . I have worn the OM for half of the Monday.

Had my eye on this for a little while, Was back and forth between the 15400 and 15300, I like the bigger size and i don't think it wears to big like a lot of people do. Anyways i am loving this watch and its a nice change up to my collection.

Could Rolex Dispense with Stainless Steel Watches?
How about this possibility? Rolex is trying to eliminate sales of stainless watches that are in competition with their precious metal watches. Using them only as loss leaders to get their consumers to buy the PM watches. No lack in availability of PM pieces afaik. Rolex could choose to focus their manufacturing efforts where they can get the most bang for the buck going after the higher market tier. They don't care if there are people dying to buy their bargain stainless watches. That's not their problem. They could take the attitude that if the consumer wants Rolex watches let them pay for PM. The brand might have enough clout to pull that off.
