Girard Perregaux Girard Perregaux 18442 wrist watches news:
Patek Philippe and Tiffany & Co. have been working together for nearly two centuries and five years ago Patek opened their first US boutique on the mezzanine level of Tiffany & Co.'s Fifth Avenue flagship store. To celebrate this anniversary, the two have released a special anniversary collection of "Tiffany dial" Patek Philippe watches. We sat down with Thierry Stern, President of Patek Philippe, and his wife Sandrine Stern, Patek's Head of Creative, to talk about Patek's history with Tiffany, the companies' shared values, and what makes this collection so special. 2 OF 7 The Tiffany & Co. 5396 Annual Calendar What do you see as the shared values that join Patek Philippe and Tiffany together?TS: For me, the shared values are that we started at the time together. The first connection we had was in the 1840s. Patek started in 1839 and Tiffany is slightly older, but by just two years. For me what is important is that I have seen th
Hey LV owners! Have any of you guys checked or noticed your LV's wheel date when it's on the the IIth day(today)??? I was cleaning my SD, SDDS, and GmtII today, and I noticed that my LV's 11th day date on the wheel looked totally different from all the others, like straight block sticks????YES, this LV was purchased from my AD. Can you LV owners post a close up picture of the 11th day on your LV's. I'm kinda tripping out on this.mine looks just like two "straight blocks"??? Thanks!!!
Im looking for a recommended watch repairer in NYC, i need a basic service on my back up vintage Omega due to moisture. Thanks
I'm a creature of habit. I have settled into a long-standing wearing rotation: Mon-Wed: Omega Aqua Terra (std. size, blue dial, co-axial escapement, on the bracelet) - nice for a "business" look Thu-Fri: Rolex GMT-IIC (sorry guys) - getting close to the weekend Sat-Sun: Omega Speedmaster Pro 3570.50 - "Tranquility base here - the weekend has landed"I have one Orbita winder shared between the AT and Rolex. I let Speedy run down after the weekend and wind it on Sat. morning and she's rarin' to go.Looking for your input on getting out of this rut:- Just grab one at random?- Wear one for a few months, then switch off?- Buy as many watches as Jim Moose so that it just doesn't matter?- ???Please help before I start doing things like washing my hands exactly 30 times before drying off. I wasn't sure if the word "an*l" was prohibited
I wanted this exact watch as soon as I clapped eyes on it as part of the 175th anniversary collection releases. Some thought the P was going to be the only one to have, yes it's nice but it left me feeling a little cold. For me the warmth of the rose gold coupled with its beautifully clear dial was the one I wanted. I am thankful to me dealer for putting my name forward and making my dream come true, and privileged to be one of the limited few lucky enough to own one.John
