I am aware of the detailed description of the automatic movements of ulackfocus (much appreciated).I was wondering what were the best mechanical movements of the 50's-60's-70's? What were the worst, i.e., to avoid when buying? Thanks,Larry
Looking for "The Blue Sea" or "The Planet"
Hi guys. I've been thinking of making the step up to an AP for my next purchase. However, I'm a bit concerned about the steel bezel picking up dings and scratches. I've seen some preowned models for sale with pretty horrendous gashes in them. Question is what do you guys think? Are they like butter? I'd really appreciate some pics of daily worn roo's etc. there seems to be a lot of pics of brand new ones on the site so far and not many 'lived in' watches.Specifically, I'm thinking of getting either the new 41mm royal oak or a ROO black themes (on bracelet). Any opinions on which would be the best choice between these two? Thanks in advance!
I have my eye on the polar explorer 2 or a submariner date. Outside of Rolex I like the Tudor North Flag and Breitling Superocean Heritage White dial with mesh bracelet. What would you do, feel free to make any suggestions.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
