Girard Perregaux 8025 wrist watches news:
Hello guys!! i am e newbie form UK, and pulling my hair out trying to find the info on a gents oblong Longines watch,,its quite old, and i bought it as a restoration job off ebay, but unable to move on because there are no id or numbers anywhere, other than Longines,15 jewel swiss, Wittnaur, and a 7k, ,no numbers on movement in the usuall places at all, will try to post pics, thanks.
I've been thinking of going strap with my date/just. I didn't think it would work. I saw a strap on a gold version here a couple days ago that looked great. I also got an email about doing it. I think I'd like to go a little exotic with this - and maybe a splash of color. Here is the watch:and here are a couple croc ideas:ostrich:stingray:chicken:
Haven't worn my humble Benny in a while...
Just picked up a NOS 16610 earlier today. I'm loving it so far except for one thing - the clasp. It just seems big and clunky and sticks out too far for no reason (well I know the reason with the diver extension but who here has ever actually had a need for that). I was wondering if it was possible to take a oyster deployant clasp similar to that on my 16710 or on an Exp2 and replace this clunky clasp? Or would I need to replace the entire bracelet? And even if you could swap, is it possible to buy just the clasp?
I can't figure it out. Please post your favorite model.
