- This watch is very functional and looks great on. I've had compliments on how cool it looks with the clear band. The function is great because you don't have to adjust the time in the spring and fall.

Girard Perregaux 80185-52-232-BABA wrist watches news:
Have you ever caught yourself staying up way, way too late, looking at vintage watches online and wishing they would make a return to the market? I know I have – and a long time before my job made it acceptable. Well if you’re part of that club, there’s good news on the way from TAG Heuer. 1 OF 17 Following a conversation with Jeff Stein at On The Dash – a must read for vintage Heuer fans – TAG Heuer has announced a campaign asking the public which vintage Autavia chronograph they want to see re-launched in 2017. A racer’s watch, developed in the 1960s, it’s one of the Heuer's “Big Three,” along with the Carrera and the Monaco, and both reference 2446 and reference 3646 have been gaining momentum in the secondhand market. Born in 1962, the Autavia Chronograph is named after a series of “Automobile” and “Aviation” dashboard timekeepers launched 30 years prior. Made for ra
Was visiting my folks this weekend and(can't believe I'm saying this)went antiqueing. It actually worked out. There were alot of display cases with alot of vintage pocket watches and other wrist watches there. Nancy found this at one venders place:what was inside was interesting.altogether there were 12 watches and 4 bands in the bag. every watch was fitted with a spiedel pinch-o flexthe breakdown of what was inside was 8 men's watches and 4 lady's watchesmens were:1 Gruen quartz, 1 plastic Seiko digital with what looks like a speaker, 2 Pulsar quartz(one working missing crown, the other, an anadigi with the hands falling off), 3 Timex(2 quartz day/date and one Mechanical manual wind/date(working)), and one Westclox auto(working)There were 4 bands in the bag as well, 1 junk faux leather,2 Speidel, and one no-name. The Lady's watches were 1Timex quartz, 1 Seiko Quartz, 1 Bulova manual wind(working) and another brand I've not heard of.The lady's Seiko was worth the $10 bucks IMO.Then the
So, I've just picked up a 15400 blue to keep my PP 5711 company and I absolutely love the watch - the design, the weight, the clasp, and the stunning blue dial. Now, I'm not feint of heart, I wear my every Rolex I own with PCLs without fear of scratches (they happen to add character IMHO), but with the new RO I want to wear it as freely, but do fear scratches (more so than with the PCL Rolex lines) as the flat planes/edges of the watch are simply stunning. In order to help me get over this silly fear of scratches, can you kindly post pics of your well-worn 15400's, 15300's, esteemed 15202's, and chronos to assuage my concerns.I happen to come from the NO POLISH at any cost school of thought so your pictures will be most appreciated. Thanks in advance - very happy to have joined the club!!
Hi all,First post, owner of a BLNR and on wait lists for Daytona C and Sky Dweller. Although like others feel the chance of the call goes down by the day.Have the funds put aside and getting a bit itchy for my next watch.A DJ41 blue, jubilee with fluted bezel looks beautiful, however I don¡¯t think I would have the need for it if the blue Sky Dweller call ever comes. As the knowledge on this board is great and as I understand DJ¡¯s are a lot more accessible would a discount be expected. My hope by buying the DJ, I continue my relationship with AD. I get a new watch to enjoy and if needed I can sell on without taking too much of a hit. Thanks
Hello all, this is my first post and I'm looking for advice that's applicable to a first time purchase in the UK.I'm looking to buy my first Rolex and ideally I'd like the Seadweller Anniversary, if that's not going to be an option due to waiting times, a seadweller of any type be it the ordinary or deep blue. What I'd really like to know is should I expect to pay the rrp or as was the case when my brother bought a brand new navitimer he recieved a discount of 21% off the rrp.If anyone as any advice or recommendations of AD that they have had good service from within the UK I'd love to have your advice and experiences. Thanks Richard
