- I ordered the topaz and adored it so much when I opened the box that I immediately ordered the blue one. They are both absolutely gorgeous. Of course, I couldn't help myself; I can't stop buying cool new watches.

Girard Perregaux Girard Perregaux 50210 wrist watches news:
I recently learned that some people have been putting off listening to the podcast because they think we MIGHT be inanely talking products they don't care about. While there is, no doubt, discussion of pointless topics, I, myself, am quite impressed at how amusing we are. I seriously laugh at myself sometimes. We actually have quite a good show!Listen to HourTime Show watch podcast Episode 43 here.
I understand you might buy a disliked watch if you can sell it for a profit...but what qualities in a watch will you never buy to keep?My personal list:1. A watch with square tipped hands.2. A watch studded with gems.3. A watch with any other colours than black/white, gold/silver.4. A quartz...other than a solar watch someday.5. A watch thicker than 10mm and/or wider than 40mm.6. An electroplated case. I have a few...but never again!7. A watch that cant be read with a quick glance.
Saw the new Entourage movie this weekend. The AP marketing department must have been working overtime on this one because EVERY character of note in the film is wearing an AP. Some even switch pieces throughout the movie. You can get a nice overview of the entire RO and ROO lineup in all metals if one was to watch the movie. I easily spotted 10 different models. It made watching a little more interesting.
Dear all,I need your advice as i have not seen much threads about this particular time piece.A friend of mine is having this white gold Nautilus and he wants to sell it to me. I am having DSSD, Daytona Panda and indeed want to purchase first Patek. What i want to have is the full steel 5712.I have been quoted for the used 5712, and it is 2k higher than this 5711G.Which one should i go for? Thanks!!!!
Hi folks, I posted this on the TZ forum but I thought I¡¯d share my 2017 SOTC here with my TRF friends also. First, what didn't make the cut in 2017: My first release of the year was my AP 15400 with the white dial. It's been the only AP I've ever owned and I do hope one day to get back to the AP family. Maybe a Jumbo would be the ticket? I really really wanted to connect for life with the 15400 but I could not get the darn watch to fit right. Even with the 1.5 link it was either too tight or too loose. While I'm being completely honest too I think AP went a little too big with this reference. None the less, a forum member got a great deal and off it went. The one I was most surprised about was my Patek 5711 with a white dial. I had the opportunity to purchase this one from an AD this year and I jumped at the chance. But for whatever reason it didn't sing and didn't stay long with me. Next to go was my IWC Portuguese Auto 5001-07. I had this one in the collection for several years. I s
