No. Not Le Cordon Bleu but...Blue.The best GMT watch Seiko ever made + 2 of the toughest and most advanced quartz watches in Citizen's stables. The movements powering these are among the best when it comes to hitting the second markers spot on, all around the dial.
So I saw this last week & I just had to get it......on my wrist for a shot.. (What, you think I can afford that thing!?!?!? )Here's a back shot. Look at that detail! Seriously though, it was absolutely beautifully crafted. It's the first time I've seen on in a store, so I had to try it on. If I had the means, I would have definitely bought it. Spent about 45 minutes with the manager (who's also a big watch buff) and he took me around showing me the watches that are a bit more special. Though he knew I wasn't going to buy one, I think he was just happy to have a customer who understood what the watch was & not just a name. We looked at JLC, Choppard, IWC, Breitling & AP's to name a few.. VERY nice Unfortunately, I didn't think to get shots until the end.
Hi everyone,I'm looking at picking up my very first AP. For a long time I was debating between the 15400, ROC, and ROO. I have since settled on the ROO. And initially settled on the ROO Panda. However, after seeing the new ROO models, I have decided to get one of those. The ceramic parts + the sapphire caseback really pushed me over the edge. I'm deciding between the Safari, Black/Red and Grey elephant. I am going to go to an AD to try them all on before deciding for sure, but I wanted to know some of the opinions of owners here! Does anyone own more than 1 of these? I am leaning more toward the New Safari, but am afraid the brown tones may be difficult to match (especially in a more formal setting), where the grey elephant may still pull off relatively formal attires, the safari might not. I've heard that the Safari does not look good in photos. But look extremely amazing in person. Looking forward to hearing any opinions / comparison photos / photos /wristshots of these beautiful ROO'
I always enjoy reading posts from people who have owned their watch for some duration of time after ownership. It doesnĄ¯t necessarily have to be an in-depth review, but just some words to describe what owning the watch for a period of time has been like. We all have preconceived notions before purchasing a watch. We all have certain expectations. Most often I feel (on this certain subsection anyway) people are truly satisfied with their purchase. There are also the few unfortunate cases where people are unsatisfied or decided to sell their watch. Below is my account of having the privilege of being one of the few owners of the Ginza edition. IĄ¯ve had the watch for almost a month and a half now. ItĄ¯s nothing too in depth, but just my experience and the things that I love about it. (yes, this is a positive review). In my first post about this watch, I shared the story of how I acquired it. In short, I first heard of the watch while reading a magazine in Japan a while back, then researchi
