Just the other day I was thinking that it had been awhile since I have done anything with my collection. Then the bug hit me, so I made a slight change. Royal Oak 15400 -- Should I Buy?
Hi, I have been looking at a few different watches to buy to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of my company. I have always been drawn to the black face RO 15400 and I figure it will pair well one day with my dream watch-- a Patek 5726A. I was offered a price of 15,000 usd out the door from a (non-gray) dealer. This price seems to compete with gray market dealers and blows away all the other authorized dealers I talked to. For some reason I am hesitant. Maybe it was because the sales person at the boutique told me if I didn't service the watch every 3 years I would be in for a world of hurt. Is the 3120 capable of daily use. I don't abuse my watches but I also don't baby them. Any thoughts?
