Airflex center expansion bracelet arrived for my Lord Elgin
Got a NOS 1960s Airflex center expansion bracelet for my Lord Elgin from Scott at Times of Plenty.This is a different type of band, as the top on both sides are solid curved bracelets, joined at the bottom by an expansion band. The gold filled top gives the watch, IMHO, a great period look. The band itself fits perfect on my 6 and 3/4 inch wrist. I don't think it would work for a bigger fellow.

Went and bought a non-Hammy"cheap-beater"
I was looking at the Navy-Sub, but on a whim I thought I'd give the ol' Wegners another chance and really because if when I buy another hammy I want another auto...so here's some pics...hope no one flames me for getting such an item, but I think it was a good buy at $75.00. I already swapped in one of my Waterborne for the SS bracelet. Its time for my Hammy to take a nap for a while anyways. I was too lazy to read the posting rules so I hope a non-hammy is ok to post pics of.

what does everyone think of the Pam 526? I really like the dial and was surprised that it wore comfortably because of the titanium and the rubber strap. I know it's a watch that doesn't exhibit the classic Panerai characteristics and it's quite costly.Is it a strong seller? How is the movement's reliability? Any owners here?Thanks in advance.
