- I bought this watch for my husband. He loved the style, and it was lighter than his other watches in the past. He was very pleased.

Hublot 1620.240.5.054 wrist watches news:
Hey Gang...A friend of mine picked up this little guy on the swamp and was asking me some more details about it...It is an Elgin Avigo, but there is something different about it.It has an area for a second hand (sub 6) on the dial but has it has a more modern second handthat sweeps(Red)A Red "Sweeping" handThis is odd because there is no "hole" for the seconds hand (sub 6 area) on the dialHere is the movement:Elgin case:Interesting...I have seen the watch and the second hand does seem to sweep...Does this make sense?G(sellers photos)Here was the original description:1933 Elgin Avigo aviators style wrist watch. Here is an amazing survivor, one that you will not see for a long time if ever. This is an extremely rare watch, probably one of the very last Avigo watches produced. This watch will certainly be a gem in anyones collection. There were very few of these watches produced by Elgin, and it represents the very first sweep - second hand watch produced in this Avigo model. Search as you
I'm gonna have WTF EL#26, soon!!,gotta find the Muttley blue strap now.Tom - Can ya hook me up with that too, (blue deployment clasp) one whole package deal? Thanks - LimeNine9r
Has anyone else read this? I plowed through it this weekend. Jeffrey Deaver has taken over the duties as 007 author now. I will now be checking out some of Deaver's other works. The book was great. It even references Bond using his Rolex as brass knucks. At one point he goes undercover as a gaudy criminal and wears a blinged-out Breitling. Fun stuff for the WIS.
I'm hoping to pull the trigger very soon; I'm torn between the 533 and 359, but that's another story. I'm buying to enjoy a watch that's completely differently what I already have, not as an investment or anything like that. Does anyone have any idea of how used values of Panerai stack up, or are likely to go, over the coming years?
Really looking forward to seeing this release in the flesh. If you were betting men and women, do you think there will be the same colors, especially blue, as the Black Bay? Basel next year?
