GMTII-C at Disneyworld!
Hello Friends.I zipped down to see Sarah last weekend and we had a nice day at Hollywood Studios and Epcot Center. The weather was a bit on the cool side, but nothing we couldn't handle.I must say, the GMTII-C is absolutely amazing to travel with. Even when I have a short layover in Dallas, I advance the hour up and then again once I enter EST. It almost makes me feel like buying plane tickets just to use that function!BTW, I did pass my time on the plane listening to Jake's Watch Blog podcast which was very entertaining. Thanks, Jake.Sarah was wearing her YM, but it did not creep out from under her sleeve.Anyway, here are some pics....please enjoy. A Question of Winders...
Hi Everyone!I know there's a forum for winders but I find it very Orbita-centric (perhaps for good reason) but the problem I'm having is finding the right winders for my small collection. So far I have the 5167A, the 5130G and I plan, in the not too distant future, a 5146 (color is still up for debate). I looked on the Orbita website and for the 5130, which has Caliber 240 HU, they say that "our Double and Quattro models do not perform satisfactorily for this caliber." I called them for an explanation but, frankly, did not really feel satisfied by what I was told.In sum, could someone point me in the right direction? In addition to my two PP's (soon to be 3) I have a Rolex Explorer II, a basic Roadster and my wife has a couple that could go on as well I don't necessarily need the absolute best from an esthetic perspective but heck, this is a forum for Patek owners so I want to make sure I get the absolute right ones.As ever, sincere thanks for your help!Ben

Incredible deals in new styles and makers
I picked up the new iW (International Watch) magazine and noticed a large section in the back displaying new watches I've never heard of. I like to see this stuff because I am getting tired of seeing large photos of $17,000 watches in all the magazines. I need to find a magazine with more affordable options for the working stiffs like myself. I'm not a bankster; I can't just print what I like.So, anyway, here is an example of a watch I like and would wear for some fun. It is a 21-jewel auto Japanese-made movement with water resistance to 10 atmospheres. Pretty good. SS case and bracelet with push button hidden double deployment. Yes, it has mineral glass, but it is a whole lot of watch for..........$120 bucks!!!! Wow. It brings us back to the reality of what things OUGHT to actually cost. It is made by J. Springs and called the 'Automatic Dart.'

I'm thinking of getting an Omega PO and live in the DC Metro area. Any suggestions for dealers in that area? Or, I heard tell on the watchuseek forums that there is a so-called favorite AD. Anyone help me find them? Thanks.
