- Have used older flat watch for over 10 years as alarm clock. Liked the rooster crowing. Do not like this version at all - tried to return but over 30 day return limit. Would buy older version if I could find it - ANYWHERE!!

IWC IWC 27058 wrist watches news:
Hi, I have been left a watch by my father, an Omega Seamaster Calendar. It had sentimental value to him, but I'm not a watch wearer, and I'm not sure if this is something that I want to keep, other than to honor his memory. Can someone help me with a proper identification of what I've got? I'd like to know what the key information is in order to properly evaluate its value, aside from the sentimental aspect, of course. It is not in working condition, and my local watch guy says it would take several hundred dollars to get it working again, not too mention that it's pretty well beat up.Thanks!mister beebe.
Hi I'm an addmitted newbie to watches. My Mom just passed on a couple of watches to me from either my Grandfather or my Dad, one of them is a Hamilton Thin-O-Matic. I'd appreciate any information on this watch. I really like the way it looks and it still keeps pretty good time. Thanks for your help.
Hello AP Section,I'm considering my first AP. A friend of mine owns a reference #26120ST.OO.1220ST.01 and is considering letting it go for what I think is a good price. It is in very, very nice condition. My question for the forum is: would you consider this to be a good option even if it would be my only AP (at least for some time)? Do you have a better suggestion for me should I only buy one for my collection? Thanks in advance.https://.audemarspiguet/en/wa...T.OO.1220ST.01
....YES PLEASE! Tried it on in Dubai last week.....WOW!!
Hello --This watch belonged to my great uncle and was recently given to me after the passing of my grandmother. I think it may be an old Calatrava, but I honestly have no idea. The hands are not moving and I'm scared to death to try and wind it out of fear that I'll do damage. I would like to get it fixed up and working but don't really know where to start. Any suggestions on:1. What it is?2. What it's worth?3. How to go about getting it working? Thanks so much!
