I'm working with one of the well known sellers on my next watch purchase. I'm considering a 505, which would be my first Panerai.My primary concern is durability. I'm active, and the watch will be exposed to the elements. I've read early reviews discussing possible discoloration attributable to salt water or sweat. Ive also read about concerns that the composite might bubble or chip.Do any of you have real world experience or opinions regarding this reference?

A few years back, I purchased a white rolex daytona 116520 knowing its price would only continue to increase.Also, I own a black tudor snowflake submariner 94110 (which I purchased from Antione De Macedo in Paris) whose price has surged with the fairly recent introduction of tudor watches in the United States. Outside of the daytonas and submariners of the world, which rolex model is bound to have the next big price surge? I can't think of any model in particular at the moment. Any and all comments or suggestions will be much appreciated.Thanks!
