IWC IW502213 wrist watches news:
For 2014, the Royal Oak Concept watch by Audemars Piguet makes a return. Originally released in 2002, the Royal Oak Concept was penned as an ultra-modern version of the Royal Oak on the 30th Anniversary of the famed Gerald Genta-designed luxury sport watch. watches-dealer covered the last version of the?Royal Oak Concept GMT Tourbillon in 2011 here. The 2014 version is more "summery" than any of the previous models, featuring a titanium case and light white ceramic (for the bezel, crown, pusher, and hourglass-shaped structure on the movement). Inside the watch is the revised original movement with the new Audemars Piguet caliber 2930. The case is 44mm wide but wears quite large due to the large lug structures. In addition to the modern design, the Royal Oak Concept GMT Tourbillon has some interesting features. There is, of course the tourbillon to the left, and to the right is a GMT disc offering a second time zone. The movement has a long power reserve of 10 days between two barrels. A

Got lucky and spotted one!!! Best,Ron
I don't have any expertise to speak of in watch collecting, but my grandfather was recently gifted a Patek Philippe watch, a perpetual calendar model, by one of his (presumably wealthy, since the watch is apparently worth at least $20K) friends. I figured that this would be a good place to satiate my curiosity about said watch, especially since I haven't been able to find information pertaining to the particular model anywhere else on the Internet. The issue is that the reference number (I would presume that this is the 5059 written on the back) corresponds to a watch with some of the same essential functions, but with a different aesthetic design . There are no letters or other embellishments after the number 5059. I'd like to know the reason for this discrepancy along with identification of the watch, if only out of curiosity. Since I unfortunately don't have any pictures of the watch itself, I'll try to describe it in detail. I'll get a picture of it some time, but a lengthy descrip
I love this watch and I found a really good deal on it. Should be here mid next week....:D
