IWC cal 62 in 18K and Platinum made in 1940
A real nice find on ebay on this rare 2 tone case.............No bidders except me on this one. Antiquorom had one 10 years ago #273 for $5,000 in a similar all platinum case design. I have that same case design as well in an 18K case. 2 tone case are much more rare!!! The economy for watches is either really really bad or no IWC fan is interested in these old ones except me. Has not been serviced in years I am sure but the rate is fantastic as-is. Winding is super smooth with a 42 hour power reserve.

Speck under my panerai crystal? What's up with that
Just noticed I have some kind of speck or dust or something either on the underside or it's a flaw in the crystal.It's on my panerai 210anybody ever had this happen?

I love the way it looks, but I am not sure if it timeless and classic. A bigger question is the quality of the watch. Afterall chanel is not a watch maker. The watch is pretty pricey.
