Inside The Manufacture: Five Super Cool Things I Saw Inside The Patek Philippe Factory
I was thrilled to spend two days in Geneva with a little upstart company (that I think is really on to something!) called Patek Philippe. While the news was really around hand-crafts and the preservation of both hand engraving and enameling (as demonstrated on the monster new 6002G Sky Moon Tourbillon), we were treated to a tour of the PP factory. Anyone know why the Concord Saratogo SL has such large discounts?
I noticed most sites list the retail price for the watch around $3600-$4000 but they all sell it for around $1000. Anyone know why this is? Is it a clearance model or is it one of those that was never selling for anywhere near the retail price?Thanks

Recent delivery of 5711 in the U.S.?
Hi,Has anyone taken a delivery of 5711 steel, either blue or white dial, during the last few weeks in the U.S.? I am on the waitlist for both dials (preference for white) at 2 ADs and apparently they have not been given a white dial since March. Typically, both of them receive 3 white dials in a year. However, they are yet to receive their remaining 2 white dials for the year. It seems that Patek has really dried up 5711s in the U.S. Just checking whether it is a more widespread phenomenon. Thanks
