- Bling - I got the watch like a day after I ordered it which was awesome. It s a little ger than it looks on the screen I made sure that I ordered the right watch lol. The only reason I gave it 4 stars on looks is because 4 crystals have fallen out. But don't know if that s due to me wearing a lot or what. But it s a nice watch.

IWC 3379 wrist watches news:
Since I received Rene's book, I've pored through every page trying to identify the remaining mystery watches in my little collection. There are still some I can't put a name to. I'd like to post up the last few here and if anybody has the time and/or inclination to tell me what they are, I'd certainly appreciate the effort. There's this Thin-o-matic. 10K RGPThis little cushion. 10K RGP bezel, stainless back. This beautiful little stainless automatic. This stainless day-date automatic. The elegant little what's-it. One of my favorites. No indication of gold content and stainless screw-on back. The black diamond dial, solid 14K white gold. Finally, this little automatic with the funky sixties numerals. 10K GF.I know I'm a dummy for buying stuff that I don't know what it is, but some of them are just so pretty and some are just so inexpensive, I can't help myself. I have to have them. Thanks in advance for anybody who picks up all or part of this challenge.
There are a lot of posts on the web with guys always looking for a cheap alternative to the iconic Omega Speedmaster, many have went down the whole fake/replica route and these guys deserve no credit at all. There is another alternative and that is the homage route, it need not look the same but just give a few design cues to the original and offering Omega the credit they rightly deserve for a stunning watch. I had seen a photo of the Citizen AN5120-53E and this was to be my starting point but unfortunatley they are no longer available and rarely come up for sale in decent condition carrying a realistic price. The Citizen Alterna VO10-5892A is another option but I believe my final choice to be the better. My choice was the Casio Edifice EF503D-1AV, which is the black dial model which is also available in blue EF-503D-2AV. The watch is 41mm without the crown and is 20mm between the lugs and has a bracelet as standard which is quiet nice and suprisingly it has solid end links. I never in
I tried on both the 15400 and 15450 RO today and the 41mm seemed too big and the 37mm too small. Considering trying to source a 39mm 15300. Curious to see what thoughts are on 15300 blue vs. Dual Time blue. Assuming ballpark they are in same range price wise what do people prefer and what would hold value better? I know the dual time is a little thicker and I may prefer the simplicity of the 15300. Thoughts?
