- I received the black watch with topaz crystals. Watch was a good quality but the crystals were very dull. I have alot of Heidi Daus pieces but this one just didn't do it for me -- returned the same day I got it!

Hi, about a month ago my 7 year old Seamaster started not autowinding. I took it to an authorized dealer (place where I bought) and they gave me an estimate of $840 for both necessary and optional repairs. Necessary repairs only around $450. Seven years ago I bought the watch $1800, a service chage for almost half the retail price. Is this normal?
