Longines L3.687.4.99.6 wrist watches news:
Ocean7 Watch Company is the brainchild of owner Mitchell Feig who knows that to make it in the watch business, you need to produce a unique and endearing product, carve out a niche, and stick to your core competencies. As the name suggests, Ocean7 makes watches designed to function in aquatic environments; their current lineup consists entirely of dive watches.Ocean7 Watch Company is what we call a transparent operation which means they keep close, even personal, connections with the people who have bought, and will eventually buy, their watches. From the beginning, Ocean7 started building not only watches, but watch collectors. Daily, one can find Mitch conversing with owners, collectors, and soon-to-be both on the Ocean7 forum and the Watchuseek Ocean7 forum. This is how Mitch gets input and advice from the most important watch connoisseurs in the world: his customers. The idea of a watch company listening to its customers about case size, dial style, hands etc. seems simultaneously
While perusing all of the vintage catalogs provided by Tom Diss don't forget to take a look at the 2009/10 Catalog. The Ventura line has been expanded to include the two-tone band and the Slim line is reminiscent of the automatics of the 1960s.What is your favorite?
I'm in NW PA and am interested in acquiring my first IWC. I'm about equidistant from Cleveland, OH, Pittsburgh, PA or Buffalo, NY. Can anyone recommend an AD in any of those three cities that might be willing to negotiate on price. TIA
Lately I`m into automatic watches with transparent case back. They simply look greatafter the passion of hearing the machine now I like to watch the movement working. After all my next watch, tag Carrera which I ordered, but it will come a little bit latter, around June, is with transparent case back.I wonder is there any diver watch with this kind of case back.As i can see from the net-not.It certainly has do to with water resistance..let someone who knows explain a little bit betterThanks.
I am really fascinated by the 5726.I actually liked the white from the get-go but now have the chance to pick up one with the grey slate dial.I always liked the way the date window merged nicely with the white dial but up until recently I had an impression there was not really too much love for the white dialed 5726.What do you guys think about the long term prospects of retaining value/desireability of grey versus white?I am thinking to snap up the grey and perhaps later trade for a white if I still feel the way I do now...Thanks for your thoughts!
