Hi,My friend is asking me to get a watch for him with a budget not to exceed $400. Ideally he would like an automatic with a stainless steel bracelet. I was first looking at the Tissot Le Locle line but was told by an AD that it's not a good brand for the money, and that a lot of watches are being currently shipped back to the manufacturer. He wouldn't say exactly why.Can anyone be kind enough to provide me with some brands/suggestions?Thanks

"IWC spare parts no longer available in the free trade from August, 2014IWC Germany, subsidiary of RICHEMONT has announced the entire termination of spare parts supply to all watch material wholesalers globally (like SWATCH Group has done either) and will not supply with parts to wholesalers from August 2014 anymore.From this date IWC spare parts will not be available in the free trade anymore, repairs will be performed only by IWC Schaffhausen or local watchmakers who have applied for a special certification."Taken from an email from a German watch parts distributor that I rec'd a couple of days ago...
