Invicta 20317 wrist watches news:
Hi all, I have decided to get a Hamilton for a gift and choosing between the Khaki King and Viewmatic (both on silver bracelet). I've seen them both, and have looked at countless of reviews on it. Problem is, I like them both. The Khaki King looks perfect for everyday use - but I am afraid it might be too casual? And the Viewmatic on the other hand might be too dressy for everyday use for the office (casual wear/jeans/sneakers) and weekend. Confusedany thoughts would be appreciated.
Note: I posted this in the Rolex forum some months ago, but I think it's got enough non-Rolex watch content and interest to re-vive it here in the GF.As I'm sure most of you can relate, I've owned MANY different watches from several manufacturers, and a variety of Rolex watches in particular. My love of Rolex really started with an attraction toward the diver style watch, which of course Rolex pioneered. However, my appreciation of diver style watches did not begin with the Submariner.Ten years ago, or about this time in 1999 is when I purchased my first diver. Previous to that I'd owned some "nice watches" - a Gucci in the early 90's (remember when they were popular) and a Movado Museum watch later in the 90's - both were two-tone, black dial watches. But this Tag Heuer 2000 was my introduction to the diver styled watch:After I got the Tag, I really fell in love with the utility and versatility of the diver style watch, and began researching them. Prior to this, I'd never owned
I was watching A Clockwork Orange and in one scene, he opens up a drawer and throws some cash and a watch in his drawer! His collection was probably all stolen from the people he mugs, but I would like to share this with you guys just for fun. Anybody recognize any watches? Sorry for the blurriness, this movie came out in the early 70's.
Long time lurker, first time poster.I am stuck in a enviable dilemma - I was offered the opportunity to buy a 15202 ST brand new from an AD, which I have been eyeing for years. However, I recently tried on a black dialed 15400OR on strap and also fell in love with it (a 99% second hand one). The 15400OR is a bit cheaper than the 15202 as well given that it's 2nd hand vs. brand new. My collection consists of a Jarno Trulli ROO, a 26320ST and a Rolex Sub. The JT and Sub are my daily wearers (I alternate days with both), whereas I rarely wear the 26320 as I find it a bit heavy and cumbersome for my 6.75 wrist. The 26320ST will be sold off once I pick either of these two. I really want to add a PM watch to my collection - but I feel that the 15400OR could be a bit too flashy for my lifestyle. On the other hand, while I like the bracelet of the 15202 very much, it is perhaps a bit too delicate for my lifestyle - and also partially killed my enjoyment of the 26320ST.Any help would be appreci
Hello everyone...was debating on getting that VC duel time TI on strap but then something came up. My Patek 5065/1A. Was not sure of size but at 38mm wears great. Great watch. Love the blk dial compare to new version one. I even went to my AD PP to see differ on 5167/1A (don't care for bracelet. I think is too bulky and wide). Thanks for looking.
