- I bought the watch as a graduation gift for my daughter. The details on the watch and design make it special. The ability to engrave on it makes it perfect.

Invicta 17157 wrist watches news:
Well guys and gals, wish me luck. 12 hours till liftoff!!! At 6:31PM I'll be walking down the aisle. At the rehearsal dinner last night I gave my intended a TT Datejust Model # 68278. White dial with both Roman Numerals and stick markers. Looks like my TT Date Model # 15053 except mine has the Oyster Bracelet. My best man received a 1950's SS Benrus Wristalarm identical to several I have. Found it on the bay and had my watch guy give it a complete overhaul. They both were quite surprised!! May have to move the ceremony indoors. Nothing like trying to predict N/E Ohio weather. Off to Seven Springs PA for a few days. Will taken an extended vacation this Winter somewhere warm.
I am very interested to see what people think about car branded watches. I have been looking (a little to longingly) at the Panerai Ferrari models and in my research travels accross the interwebs, there were certainly many who have very strong views about car/watch brands. It was simply something that I had not thought of previously. Then logging on here as I do every so often (like every 5-10 minutes), I saw Alvins post on the Jaguar watch, and similar feedback comming up.So my question is folks, are car watches really that heinous? Does wanting a Ferrari watch really mean I am a wannabe? If I wanted a $50 Triumph watch or a $10k Brietling for Bently does it make a difference? What if I would prefer driving a GTR to a Ferrari anyway (ultimately I would choose a Veyron - but a GTR is a nice midstep ;)). Anyway, if I drove a Ferrari I can guarantee you I wouldnt be walking around with the hat, tshirt and watch on. What if I wanted a TagF1 or Oris Williams watch, I mean I am real
Well I went into my local Omega boutique last night to look into adding a bracelet to my Speedmaster 9300 and ended up taking this one home. It is still a little stiff due to the leather bottom, but it should break in with time.It is a nice switch up from the leather strap and a new bracelet is still in my future. What a beast! As much as I wanted to like the watch the exhibition case back ruins the fit imho. It could have been sooo perfect at ~42mm and with a solid case back! Why Omega!? You managed to stuff that 9300 into the less-cumbersome '57 speedy (41.5mm). Speaking of, I like the '57 speedy but not the PCLs and again with the bubble exhibition case back! That being said it does wear better than the 9300.At first I tried to convince myself that the size was okay and then glaced back into the case to see old reliable 3570.50 in all its warm hesalite glory... All of the sudden the 9300s weren't acceptable anymore. My love for the 3570.50 was rekindled and should be back on my wrist within the next two weeks. In a sense it was a blessing as I’ll be saving enough to buy the 3570.5 outright again. Just have to find that right one at a good price now.
A friend is interested in one. I would prefer to buy new if possible. Has anyone seen one lately? .patek/en/ladies-watch...naut/5067A-024
