Invicta 6263 wrist watches news:
I realize I'm in a forum that might have some bias . But I'm curious as to how you tuning fork watch guys would break down the choice between purchasing an f300 and a Bulova Accutron. I am fascinated by tuning fork watches and am looking to dip my toe with a purchase of one. I have my own thoughts on the pluses and minuses of going Accutron versus going f300. I'd love to hear some different perspectives as food for thought. Feel free to compare from any angle you'd like (quality, collectability, price, durability, cost of service, aesthetics, anything). Thanks ahead of time for any responses.
I have been eying this one for a few months. Just found that they make a Pepsi bezel blue dial. I like the yellow dial but i don't like that the date wheel is white on the yellow dial and dial color on the black and the blue dials. Seems like it is unfinished when compared to the others. So what are your thoughts on the bezel do you think the color will chip off or will it dent (aluminum ring?) discountwatchstore/st..._40437611.htmlalso looks like i can save about $100 if i get the rubber strap SKA3671P2 blackPepsi SKA369P1 doesn't come with rubber strap Thanks all

I'm working on a documentary about the process of making a chronograph watch. As part of the documentary, the popularity of quartz watches in the 1970s-1980s will be discussed. I would like some assistance from Watch Talk Forums members with this documentary. I specifically need to gather at least a dozen high-quality photographs of quartz wrist watches (e.g., Seiko, Citizen) that were manufactured in the 1970s. I'm hoping that many of you collect these kinds of watches and would be willing to photograph them, particularly the battery. If you have a photo that you took of your own watch and you're interested in participating, please send me a message. I will ask you to sign a release form so that permission is given properly for your picture to be considered for inclusion. I'm happy to answer any questions related to this project within reason. Hope you'll consider helping out!
