Mystery Seiko?
Hello everyone, Long time lurker, first time poster. I'm shopping for a new everyday watch and decided to go with Seiko this time. The bang for the buck is hard to beat. I have narrowed it down to the following two models:The one on the left is model # SNA548 and is an alarm chronograph. The one on the right is Model # SND451. It lacks the alarm function, but is made of titainium. I'm leaning towards the titainium model, but am concerned. The SNA548 is on record at all of Seiko's websites. However, the SND451 cannot be found on any of Seiko's websites (US, Japan, Australia, etc.). It's as if that model never existed. The only info to be found is from people selling them, nothing from the manufacturer. I guess my question is: Is this a genuine Seiko or a counterfeit? Thanks for any insight...

Members, show me what you got!Need a 24 / 22mm.Brown in color, something like a cognac (less red, more brown), "Havana", that type of brown.LONG. Need to have at least 200mm's total. 80/120 or 125 would be idea.Relatively thick. The watch is 45mm wide at 2-8 and 18mm thick. I'm thinking 4-5mm at lugs probably.I'm normally not a fan of 'standard' leather. A vintage leather or bomber style is probably what I'm looking for. Distressed would be OK too, but not looking like it's falling apart. The "aged" look isn't something I really care for A large gator print would also be a good strap (love gator looks).Stitching, matching or white / off white is fine either way.Glossy straps need not apply regardless of other criteria!! Sorry, just a personal preference. I don't like glossy. Matte is preferred, a slight semi-gloss will be cons

question on serial number on 5980/1a bracelet
Hi Guys,First post here so sorry in advanced if i sound noobish.Just got my first patek and have some questions for the patek gurus hereI got the 5980 used from a watch dealer and i noticed that the serial thats on the back of the bracelet is on the wrong location from the pictures i see on the internet. All of the serial i see online are located on the bottom side where as on mine it is on the top side. Is this an indication of anything? should i be worried that the watch have been disassembled before and put back wrongly? is this a fake? or am i thinking too much?
