Invicta 12817 wrist watches news:
Hello All,Recently acquired this GMTII E472. Can anyone shed any light on what the movement is or how I can identify the movement? Thanks,Mark
Come on, lets see some of those beginners watches.I bought below for an amazing $57It is a Waltham 1920/21, 15 Jewel with brass Chatons. Look at that movement, and regulator. All that for $57.The crown mechanism is very unique to Waltham ( I like it a lot) Noticethe crown it is NOT attached to the movement. It is a borgel 'style'$57Who can BEAT THAT.Post THOSE pictures
I recently found myself in the same position as one of our other members (see the WWYD post). Although, I am definitely in the minors compared to Dennis. But anyway, I stumbled upon a vintage IWC that I really liked. However, I also had some interest going on a Hamilton. Getting both was out of the question. I pinged some very helpful people and decided to let watch #1 go in hopes that I would get watch #2 A bit stressful, because you know - something that great will never come around again...So (sorry Dennis), I now have a vintage Hamilton Ross coming. I talked to a couple of people (thanks Tom) and did some research, this does appear to be one of the "rare" items where the word "rare" is used correctly on the 'bay.Without further ado - a couple of pics from the seller:I think I will be very happy with my "new" 1941 Ross!B
Hi,For you which genuine box is the more attractive through 50 years of speemaster generations?Because an old jeweler give tome a famous one..And my problem would be either to keep it waiting to have enough money to have my dream a 1984 speedmaster pro to fill it.Or sell it , in order to get the speedy much faster...
Visited my local AD yesterday and they had on display their latest arrival from Omega...a miniature version of the London 2012 Olympic countdown clock. It looks absolutely fantastic and apparently they will be able to set their own countdown once the Olympics are over next year. A very cool thing for Omega to send their AD's I think you will agree.
