Who Makes the movement for Chase Durer Pilot Commander?
I was just wondering what movement was in my Pilot Commander, I don't have the correct tool to open it. I got it on a whim while out and about and am not too familiar with the brand I just liked the style. Any help would be great thanks! the back Case is marked Stainless steel case, water resistan chronograph, 10ATM, Pilot Commander XV, Japan Movt. 17238

Speculation only Was looking at a 7118 and I can see some possible features that they move to a new 5711 - possibly call it the 5811? I can see them adding a 1)Thinner bezel2)More pronounced blue3)Date window surround4) Move date window to 6 !?5) Revise the hand design Also will likely see the replacement priced higher than the 5711 as the ladies 7118 is now the same price as a 5711.

Rolex "Museum" in Vegas
I was checking out the Rolex Museum in the back of the Wynn (Watches of Sz) boutique. I noticed that two of the watches were reversed, meaning that the written display did not match the watch. So I kindly requested that they switch them. The first oyster was switched with the first DJ. If anyone is there, let me know if they corrected the error (not sure why I need to know this, but I do).

So I purchased a second watch recently from an AD, and it wasn't to my expectations (crown appeared not to always engage position 2 or 3, date seemed to change at 2am intermittently).If you purchased a new watch and it had issues from new, would you expect your AD to replace or refund, or offer a repair in the first couple of days of ownership?1. Would you expect a replacement if available2. Would you expect a refund3. Would you be happy with a repair
