- The shape and feel of these watch is exactly as in the picture. It goes great with dresses since it is a piece of jewelry by itself. People think it is a actually expensive watch.

Invicta 14657 wrist watches news:
The crown on my 6309-7040 only screws in about 1 thread before it locks. The tube looks a bit dodgy on the end - - - is this replaceable? It looks to me to be solid, please someone tell me I'm wrong.Cheers
Hi everyone,At work this morning one of the guys i work with approached me with a watch he no longer wanted as he had bought himself a new one. This old watch of his was a skeleton watch on a leather strap that looked a bit scruffy and he wanted ¡ê10 for it. He offered it to me and my boss and neither of us wanted it, so he just passed it me and said " here you go, its yours for nothing" and walked away.I looked closer at it under a magnifying glass and it was a Rotary Automatic on its original strap, I took the strap off and scrubbed it with soft soap and rubbed some moisturiser cream into it and came up lovely. I went to find my work mate to buy it off him at a fair price and he refused saying "buy me a bar of chocolate" and he refuses to take any money off me for it as he says he is having a big clear out at home.I did a Google search for it when i got home and i found a 'new old stock' one for sale identical to this one from 1990 and it turns out it is gold plated and has a blue ca
Hello everybody,I visited the AD this afternoon as I was looking for an extra strap for my breitling, and i saw this aquatimer which I feel really thrilled about it..The AD did let me wear it on the wrist and it really talks ( :D if you know what i mean) .. wow! very light and very comfortable to wear for everyday watch for not too bling-bling as I believe not many will recognize it. ( well , compare to Rolex stuffs and other brands ) What do you think about this model ? do you think it has quite respected value as well among WIS ? Any information re the price ? Many thanksPete J
So I was reading through some old threads on this forum and came across this watchtalkforums.info/foru...orum/41797.htmWhen I read this thread I was amazed that a regular person (making an assumption here, but the OP didn't seem to be a watchmaker) could piece together a watch from pieces purchased separately and even substitute a non-standard dial. Being new to the watch world, I don't have the faintest clue where to begin collecting parts for something like this, but I have a burning desire to do it. I love building stuff like that (2 1911's and 1966 Toyota Landcruiser pieced together from three abandoned trucks) and would love to translate that into a sweet watch that was really my own. My question is, how do I do it?EDIT: It strikes me that this may be more appropriate in the tech forum. If so, my apologies and if the mods would move it that would be awesome.
This will be my first AP I am buying second hand. I honestly can't decide which one I prefer. I am looking at Royal Oak offshore 25940SK or Royal Oak diver 15703ST. The diver is 2013 and the other is 2010 no real difference in price. For those that own or did own would be good to hear your opinion on both models and which you may think may be better for first AP. I don't really have any intention on adding another AP in the future, thanks.
