Invicta 7289 wrist watches news:
In addition to the new Rolex Explorer 2 watch model for 2011, Rolex offers a new range of Daytona watches for men this year at the Baselworld show. 2011 is apparently the 50th anniversary of the Daytona, so we get two types of new models. Rolex is further rumored to released an overhauled Daytona for 2012. Until then we have the more standard looking model that now comes with Rolex's very nice ceramic bezel that they call their "Cerachrom" bezel. The black bezel is a retro-nod to some older Daytona models and is in black ceramic with pink gold numerals applied with an amusing technique call "magnetron cathode sputtering." Yes, more of that please. The case is 40mm wide and in 18k Rolex Everose pink gold (that is said not to fade). This reference 116515LN will come on a black alligator strap for now. After seeing some of the great looking NATO straps on the 2254.50 here, I think I might have to give it a try myself.1) What size strap does a 2254.50 take?2) Any pics of 2254's on NATOs or recommendations on straps? Thanks a million guys!
Does anyone know where I might be able to get my hands on a pair of original hands for this Hamilton? The replacements don't do it justice. I believe the subseconds hand is still original.
I wandered into the AP dealer in Singapore and picked up a 1.5 link for my 2008 15202. I have only just tried to fit it and it seems the pin is smaller diameter than the rest of the bracelet so it wont fit. The part number is MR 404 133 ST. Anyone know if i have a link for a different bracelet? It looks spot on bar the pin and thus holes being smaller than the rest of the bracelet. Many thanks, Rohan
Found this searching around. I am sure that teaser from a GMT or is possibly (but not probably) going to be an option for a variety of their sports watches. I believe they want to differentiate the GMT much as they have done with the SD43.But here is an example of a Sub on a jubilee. Looks pretty nice, but I think the Sub stays with the Oyster bracelet until eternity.Example of Submariner on Jubilee bracelet
