Invicta 5714 wrist watches news:
Media calls it a "collapse Sheen", but it was really fair for its clock which disappeared on 28 October. The story is deeper, though. Sheen complained his "date" Capri Anderson at night to take the watch. The two apparently met earlier in the night and eventually return to the Sheen hotel room where things are a little out of control. Drugs and alcohol are clearly involved - and Capri is said rapidly became afraid of the 45 year old actor before locking in a bathroom.
Hi All:I am currently discussing the possible purchase of a V series (2008?) Sea Dweller Deep Sea from a sponsor of this forum. I am looking for your collective advice on what you think is a "fair" offer for this timepiece. I am aware that there are those of you who strongly believe this is an over-engineered and over-priced timepiece (what rolex isn't?), but I like the chunkier 44mm version of the submariner-on-steroids model. I am looking for advice from those of you who like this timepiece. What would you pay? Thanks in advance for your responses.Gary
I have a Hamolton pocket watch made in 1913 with a hand etched ID of A10.29.1E. Any info on this is appreciated.
This morning I wore my 23 yr old 16610 (S serial, purchased new on january 1995) on for work and after a couple of hours noticed it had stopped. It was last serviced about 10 years ago, so said to myself time to take it for service! I took it off and accidentally dropped it on the edge of my vault and cracked the sapphire. Cyclop is no where to be found! Immediately pulled the crown and am already coordinating to send it to Rik Dietel for servicing, know it will come back looking like new again! This morning WRUW picture:Current condition:
This is a shot I just took...and will complete my collection for a while...I bought my first the 116613LB Sub back in September, then the YM2 SS a couple of months later, and just picked up the 122660 SD43. I must say I am enjoying this trio. No more until I earn the right to buy me a 18K Presidential!
