Invicta 14711 wrist watches news:
For one or more reasons there could be a brand or brands on the market that due to personal taste and or expense, one would just not own. I now this is true for me and I wondered if it were true for others. Is there a brand or brands out there that due to what you know or have learned about them turns you off to the point that you just don't even consider?I am aware that this thread has the potential to get a little heated so I would like to remind everyone that "one man's treasure is another man's trash" or, the other way around. So I am asking that we all respect a posters right to his/her personal opinion and just leave it at that.In my case the brand would be Renato. It has all to do with style and nothing else. I just have not seen even one model that I care to look at. Again, this has to do with personal taste and is not a reflection on that company's product. I just don't like very large watches and every Renato I have seen is larger than I would wear so, that is what draws the
Have had 0 problems with this watch until today. 2503.33.00 w/ 2500 movement.I set the time, because the watch had stopped, I had been wearing other things.. when I unscrewed it and it went from position 0 to 1, (screwed in to winding) there was some resistance at the very end, and a little pop. Tried it several more times. right before it changes to winding position I need to apply pressure (nothing crazy but it doesn't just slide into it like normal) and there is the pop. NOT ONLY THAT, after doing that 5 times to make sure I am not crazy, NOW, when I screw it in from winding position to the screwed in position, there is some CONSIDERABLE resistance and it feels like there is some metal on metal. I feel the metal vibrating in the crown somewhere and it is NOT smooth to screw in.. I get some 'grinding-like' feedback. No clue what any of this is or what any of it means. Can anyone chime in?
Hello all, Has anyone had any experience with poor quality control from Omega or just me. I have a Omega PO that I thought the bezel didn't line up but as it turned out the hole for the stim & crown was drilled 4 degrees off. I know that because the Omega service center in clearwater FL descovered it. so the dial & the bezel are not centered. And no Omega is not going to repair it even though they admitted it somehow shipped through QC. See pic's below. Thanks,Gary
I'm looking for 5960P-015 and I'm not sure how many shades of the blue? Some say it has 2 shades, Can anyone confirm which year has the darker blue?
My exciting news I wanted to share with TRF. After much internal and external deliberation I decided on my 3rd (!) watch. A Yachtmaster 116622 blue dial bought new from DavidSW. It joins its siblings: SubC 11610LN (AD purchase) and a Explorer II 16570 (my first DavidSW purchase). Two things...1. Both my DavidSW purchases went smoothly without any drama or complications. For this recent purchase, I had the watch in my hands in less than 24 hours after wiring him the money. Watch is exactly what it was advertised to be and he even set the time and date for me!2. Anyone see a watch my small humble collection can use/is missing? Rolex, of course. I am open to a 4th watch if funds allow by the end of the year.
