Invicta 10813 wrist watches news:
Hey everybody, Jim here in beautiful Rome, Italy. I'm figuring out how to upload pictures so bear with me here.enjoy!prerequisite wrist shot in the coliseum, sorry for the qualityA descent shot of the outside of the coliseum. One of the Ceasers couldn't tell ya witch oneInside of St. Peters Basilica, it was dark inside so the quality isn't the greatest.A view of the dome (cupola) at St. peter'sThere is a dress code to enter the basilica, apparently if you are a topless female missing a right leg, you can't come in lolSecond window from the right is where Pope Benedict XVI resides in and every Sunday gives a blessing to the crowd down below.A very detailed door in St. Peters. The Arch of Titus, one of the more better preserved monuments of Ancient Rome. The hotel i stayed at.Quite possibly the best pasta I've ever had in my lifeWell guys that's it for now, more to come later!!
A small shipping box has appeared in my mailbox. Let's see what's in it...Hamilton_box.jpgWhat's under the lid?Hamilton_box2.jpgPerhaps a closer look is in order?Cedric1.jpgBet that would look nice on my wrist.Cedric_wrist.jpgAh, and so it does. The strap doesn't seem to be original; the stitching doesn't match the drawings, and neither strap nor buckle are signed. The strap is marked "shell cordovan" with some sort of undecipherable logo above it, and I'm not impressed with the quality of the buckle. No worries - a replacement strap and a service, and we're all set.
I've been wanting to add an ECO-Drive type watch to my collection. This one caught my eye a while back, and santa brought money and gift cards this year, so to use a worn out phrase YOLO! I looked all weekend for this watch in local stores and none had it for me check out. I couldn't wait, and ordered one tonight when I got home. So merry Christmas and happy new year to me! LOL. I've read a lot of reviews on this watch and cant wait to get it on my wrist. Just some stock picks for now, expecting it this Friday.
Hi everyone, I wanted to get your opinions on something.. considering a 15400st grey dial from a local watch store.. they're not an AP AD but they're a rolex, breitling etc AD.. they have a pre owned 15400st for sale for $13k but no box or papers! Is it worth getting without b&p or should i wait and spring for one with.. but that price just seems really good... I havent seen the watch or any 15400's in person yet (was talking to them about steel sky dwellers and they mentioned they had that grey 15400)... but all the pictures i've seen and feedback on the 15400st has made me really like it and want one! it would be my first AP watchOriginally I was considering the 42mm ROO's.. but had a couple opportunities to try them on and it just didnt do anything for me... was also considering the RO chrono panda, love that dial, but is it worth springing more money for? 15400 seems like a classic and in house movement is always a plus so is it worth spending more for a chrono and non AP movem
First time ever, weighing my watches, using da wife's food scale. Here is a head to head comparo: wearing red shoes in one corner, the FC Trulli coming in at a featherweight 108 grams. And standing at the opposite corner wearing shimmering gold shoes, the YG pre-C Sub weighing a super middle weight 178 grams (minus 2 links). I sure hope this scale is accurate.
