Invicta 10853 wrist watches news:
The good folks at the CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, for you non-Canadians) have aired a short audio documentary chronicling Canada's last watchmakers school - The ¨¦cole Nationale de L'horlogerie. This Qu¨¦bec-based school is quite small, only three teachers and no more than 15 students, but it represents Canada's last watchmaking stand and its graduates are still in high demand. The segment, titled "You Can Put Time in Your Hands" was produced by David Gutnick and looks to highlight the slowly disappearing discipline of craft watchmaking, especially within the Canadian context. The school's future is in jeopardy as it is supported by the Quebec government and may soon lose its funding. The piece mixes history, human interest and current market information into a story about the people and conditions surrounding the creation of hand-built watches. At a little over sixteen minutes, this is a worthwhile listen for any watchnerd and a great way to kick off your weekend.(photo: Cbc.
Hi all,I am new here and this is my first post. I am a proud owner of a Rolex GMT 2 Black Dial which is the only watch that I have. I feel that it is now time to add another watch into my collection and I pick AP to be my next watch.I am really attracted to the AP ROO Novelty Ceramic however my only reservation is its size and my relatively small wrist size (6.3 inches), I wonder if any of you have pictures of the watch on small wrist? Looking forward to hearing from you all!

Hello everyone! Yesterday I opened my mailbox to find the latest edition of the Patek Philippe magazine. Seeing that wonderful magazine really makes for a wonderful day....and this edition was better than most since it does a deep-dive on their 175 years of history.Anyway, inside the front cover was an invitation card for an upcoming event titled Patek Philippe Presents: Watch Grand Exhibition at the Saatchi Gallery in London this summer. My wife and I were thinking of getting away this year and though this might be a pretty interesting event to attend. So, I know many of you have done things like this before and wanted your opinion if this would be worth the trip? Anyone here have any thoughts on this upcoming exhibit or plan to attend?ImageUploadedByTapatalk1417728069.466337.jpg
but tons of two tone and gold in stock. They had 3 stainless steel Subs, all of them black, one no date. They had 2 Daytonas, a gold with MOP dial and a two tone with white dial.I tried on a gold Yachtmaster with black rubber strap, a white gold Yachtmaster II, a rose gold Sky Dweller (MSRP of $48k) and a gold Day Date 40. I'm still smitten with the Day Date and this one had the diamond baguette number markers which I haven't seen before. MSRP on that was $39k though so it remains my dream watch at this point. I did snap a picture of it with my cell phone.
