I admit to loving this watch. It just exudes cool to me, but in a really understated way. This to me is a non-flamboyant, flamboyant watch. I've mentioned Temption Formula (and Classic) Rally watches before, but in my opinion this version is the nicest. Other models have yellow or blue trim coloring as opposed to the red in this watch. To me, the red contrasts the best with the black PVD case and dial, not to mention being the most powerful looking.Temption is a powerhouse little German watch maker that churns out a scant 700 watches a year on average. Why the limited production? Because that is about all one can produce and maintain high levels of quality and consistency. I was given a 1960's Seamaster by a friend. (Thanks to the great advice from the forum's members, I decided to keep it.) The watch runs great, but I know it hasn't been service in 30 years. My question is, as long as the watch is running fine, should I still have it serviced? (There are some scratches on the crystal, which drive me crazy.) Also, can you recommend any online places to have it serviced? About how much would it cost? Thanks everyone! Ethan

Clasp on Platinum President Bracelet
I have been looking at a 40 DayDate in Platinum.The watch is dated Feb 2017 and yet the inside of the clasp is textured as in ¡°sand blasted¡± if that is the correct term.Yet my October 2016 WG 40DD is polished inside the clasp.Does anyone know if the Platinum clasps are different from the gold ones in that respect?Thanks in advance for any help.
