Besides their well known Pontos line,?Maurice Lacroix has a great number of interesting watches in their Masterpiece line.?We previously covered the Masterpiece Roue Carr¨¦e Seconde watch a few years ago which has square and cloverleaf gears indicating the seconds. For 2014, The Masterpiece collection gets a model known as the Gravity which is a uniquely appealing piece from the brand.Maurice Lacroix has extended their haute horologerie "Masterpiece" line with the "Masterpiece? Since I got into watches, I've found myself trying to see what watches are being worn in movies and on television. I read yesterday, in Parade Magazine, that Ellen DeGeneres wears a rose gold Daytona. I believe Al Roker and Matt Lauer, from "Today", both wear Submariners.Any others?
When did Omega discontinue the Seamaster 2254.50? Is it possible that a gray market dealer could have an NOS one? Thanks,Chris
Proper tool to remove a rolex braclet? - new style lugsCan anyone recommend the proper tool to have to remove the bracelet from a new style Rolex watch? This does not have the drilled through lugs, so I can't use toothpicks. I'd like to have a good tool, and be done with it. I don't want to use something that will hurt the watch.
Hi all. Newbie here. Getting abit addicted. I landed here to learn about and buy a rolex but I absolutely love the 42 mm planet ocean. My question is do they hold their value well? Is a 2-8 yr old model a good choice from an investment standpoint? Thanks
