Zenith El Primero Tourbillon Watch
This is actually a tourbillon watch I would wear daily. Zenith's new El Primero collection of watches is a thing of beauty. I have been eying them for a while, enjoying how they look on the wrist. They have now announced a tourbillon version of it.Now most of the time when a company takes a new collection and shoves in a tourbillon I hardly take real notice, but in this instance Zenith has put together a satisfying set of feature that you could wear each day - assuming you can afford it of course.Let's pretend for a second that you can. There are two versions of the watch available. Each comes in a 44mm wide case. One is steel with a black and silver dial, and the other is in 18k rose gold with a silver and gold dial. Totally surprised
Hello,I haven't posted for awhile, but this was too good to pass up. I have the itch for a gold Rolex to accompany my S/P YM and Sub-No Date. I have been debating between the Two-Tone Daytona, Two-Tone Sub, white dialed datejust with leather band or gold white dial Daytona with leather band. I strolled into my normal dealer the other day just to try Rolexes on to get a feel for which I liked best, had a good time and left.Then, I got a wild hair to go to the other AD in town that I don't normally patronize to see if they had anything different.With great surprise, I got a bit distracted from the gold watches by not one but two (1 white and 1 black) stainless Daytona's quietly sitting in the case and not on a waiting list. Needless to say they monopolized the rest of the visit to that store. Alas, I am just not in a position to drop that kind of money right now( However, I did get that "have to have this watch now feeling" which has just now passed).It was an absoute pleasure trying one

Audemars to move down to 36mm-40mm???
With all these pushes to 40mm+ cases. When will it get old!?Anyone think AP will reduce case sizes or keep what they have started?I wonder if they are soaking up the big case demand? Or will they adjust when tastes change?
