Longines L5.502.0.71.6 wrist watches news:
I recently saw a picture of a Hamilton Viewmatic that had a textured/pattered/wave dial on it and I really liked the way it looked. Just wondering what other watches have a dial that isn't "flat" looking (of course . . . the more pics the better). LonginesOmega
I picked up the new iW (International Watch) magazine and noticed a large section in the back displaying new watches I've never heard of. I like to see this stuff because I am getting tired of seeing large photos of $17,000 watches in all the magazines. I need to find a magazine with more affordable options for the working stiffs like myself. I'm not a bankster; I can't just print what I like. So, anyway, here is an example of a watch I like and would wear for some fun. It is a 21-jewel auto Japanese-made movement with water resistance to 10 atmospheres. Pretty good. SS case and bracelet with push button hidden double deployment. Yes, it has mineral glass, but it is a whole lot of watch for..........$120 bucks!!!! Wow. It brings us back to the reality of what things OUGHT to actually cost. It is made by J. Springs and called the 'Automatic Dart.'
Hi everyone,I will not get you bored with alot of talking because the pics that are about to follow are pretty self-explanatory.We are all familiar with the infamous Pam 026A and what great of a watch it is being destro. Well, time takes its toll to the old guys so they need a refreshment from time to time. In this particular case, this watch was completely refinished in every aspect. Here are some of the things done to it:1. Removing the old PVD coating2. Getting out all the dents and inconsistencies from the case set3. Beadblasting4. DLC coating5. Overhauling the movement and getting it cleaned each individual part in an ultrasonic centrifuge drum 6. Putting the watch back together7. Pressure testing and regulatingEnjoy the pictures :)
What is the best alternative to the rubber strap of the AP 26400? Pictures & Opinions please. Thank you.
Took my neighbor to the beach to look around in the AD. He ended up leaving with a TT Sunburst Blusey Sub. What a Beauity. While there, the owner told us a customer brought in a watch with a Cracked Ceramic Bezel. The first one he has ever seen. He sent it off to the RSC in Ormand Beach. Wish we could have seen a few Pics.
