- I just opened the box and could not believe what I was seeing. The watch was absolutely stunning. This is my first piece from the Heidi Daus Collection and I am hooked. It is a must have piece from the collection.

- I read the reviews and purchased based on them. As soon as I opened the box my heart sank. The watch looks like something you would buy at a discount store. Not up to HSN's standards. It went right back.

Longines 136064 wrist watches news:
Hi is it still worth it to get a per loved seamaster pierce brosnan James Bond or should I just get the new craig daniel black James Bond poll to see which do you prefer please help me decide? Thanks to all,Ken
Well, like many others before me, I thought it was time to finally register and post. I've had this Omega Seamaster itch for some years now and no amount of rubbing is making it go away. Curse those fancy watch boutiques that I always seem to pass when my wife is not looking The call of the Omega is irresistable. My tired old Quartz Tag is really showing it's age...all faded and scratched up but still working okay. I've been looking at this watch for 20 years now and almost feel guilty with the thought of retiring it to a lonely drawer somewhere......Alright, enough of this sentimental sludge.....I'm torn between the 2220.80 and the 2254.50 (if still available).A question I have was how many of you were confused on which watch size to go for..even after trying both on. I've always had a midsize watch but not sure if the fullsize is for me....I'm still 50/50 on this issue, driving the sales people crazy Another problem I have is our local prices here in Australia are exorbitant compare
I bought a Hamilton wristwatch on eBay and from what I can glean (I found a listing of a ton of old Hamilton catalogs on another site), I think what I have is a Lester model from 1947 or '48. The movement is a 982, ser# J390010 and it looks to be in very nice condition with an excellent dial.
I am looking for a dress watch. I've been thinking of Portofino IW356302. I would appreciate to hear from anybody that owns it. I like its simplicity and 39 mm size. The design seems timeless to me. Like it is not driven by curent trends. Since the movement 30110 inside (an upgraded ETA) is also used in Mark XV I hope there are plenty of people with experiences. Accuracy? I figure, it would be good to hear out those that know before spending.
I'm finally ready to invest in a quality "diver's" style watch and I'm torn between the Omega Seamaster and the Rolex Submariner. I will appreciate hearing from anyone who has experience with both watches regarding accuracy. I'm almost "quartz anal" about a watch being accurate but I also want a mechanical marvel on my wrist, so I'm looking for the most accurate between the Rolex and Omega. Whichever one I buy will be in stainless steel. Thanks in advance for your help.
