Who made the cases that are engraved AW? Sometimes in an oval and sometimes in a shield. Does any one know the answer?thanks,DS

After mgiraz kidded me about my future H tatoo on my H, I got to thinking about Hamilton, helicopters, and helipads.Did we know that the H-end of the X-Copter looks like a chopper blade? New Royal Oak Offshore watch hands-on
visited a local AD today, tried the blue and black dials. Personally, I like the blue dial very much as it has more contrast with orange accents and white sub-dials. The black one also look nice but it's not as sharp or special as the blue one.I am personally picking the orange dial or 44mm white with ceramic bezel. What do you guys think?

Other watches need variety too!
The Daysjust and Day-Date have a ginormous variety of versions, which includes: different sizes, many different dial colours, and a vast number of other options. Overall, there are dozens upon dozens of different Datejust and Day-Date models.This begs the question: why are other Rolex models, many of which are arguably even more iconic than the Datejust and Day-Date (such as the Submariner), not given this same type of treatment? I think it would be wonderful if, for example, the Submariner could be had in 38mm and with a multitude of different dial and bezel options. Does anyone know why this disparity exists between two Rolex models and the rest of them? Let¡¯s discuss
