- This watch is super original and unique. I get comments from time to time about the look of it. Its got a cool retro styling and feels super solid and well built. Definetly a good buy. I kinda want to get one in a different color now!

Longines Longines 6293 wrist watches news:
A watch that doesn't work also shows the correct time twice in a day. True, but that still does not mean that people should stop repairing their watches. Because that is the only device which will help you stay with time. This is one thing you just cannot avoid in the fast pacing and ever constant world.
As I will be on a plane first thing in the morning, wanted to take a minute to wish RJ007 a very Happy Birthday!!!Thank you for all your time, energy, guidance and sharing your vast wealth of knowledge with us when it comes to all things vintage! I know your passion has inspired many of us here!!Have a wonderful day and a very happy and healthy year to come!Wren

Alot of you guys know I like and collect vintage watches, Benrus mainly, but I don't have any electric watch's in my collection. I'd like to change that and add a couple, but I don't know much about them, so I have a few questions. Are the batteries the same as a quartz and if they are different, are they still available?Does the second hand tick like a quartz, or does it move smoothly like an electric clock? Are they accurate and reliable? Can most any watchmaker repair them? Are parts available? These are just some of the questions I had, but you get the picture. Any other opinions or help on the electric's would be appreciated. Oh, and pictures are always good to!
2 cars involved apparently in a pedestrian area.
